Meet The Founders

Brittany Fadiora

Co Founder & CEO

Brittany Fadiora is the Co-Founder & CEO of Doulio, a health tech startup reimagining how families access and experience maternal care. A seasoned doula, trainer, and maternal health consultant, she has trained over 300 doulas, supported 500+ families, and attended more than 200 births.

Brittany is the founder of Beam Birth Network and previously led Florida’s largest doula agency. Her work is rooted in equity and culturally responsive care, combining lived experience with deep technical skill. She has partnered with organizations like Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, The Children’s Trust of Alachua County, and the Hanley Foundation to strengthen community-rooted care and elevate the doula profession.

She’s also a mom of five, poodle mom of two, and a passionate advocate for transforming maternal health—one family at a time.

Tunji Fadiora

Co Founder & COO

Tunji Fadiora is an entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and champion for inclusive innovation—committed to empowering founders and reshaping the startup landscape nationwide.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2009 and has since built several brands and ventures, including ELEV8 Ventures, a venture studio supporting diverse-led startups, and Creative Culture Media, a creative agency serving clients across the U.S. He also served as managing partner of both Beam Birth Network and Mumda, Florida’s largest doula agency.

Tunji currently serves as Director of Programs at Impact Ventures, an Integrated Capital Fund and nonprofit accelerator working to eliminate barriers for underestimated communities. He is a member of the Black Innovation Alliance and a participant in the Congressional Caucus on Black Innovation, using his platform to drive structural change in venture and entrepreneurship.
